Guess what happened today!

I wasn't expecting this, but today when I took my youngest son in to get his braces on they took mine off. It did hurt to keep my mouth open for so long, but otherwise it wasn't bad. I am so pleased with the way things turned out. I will post more later. Here's a real dorky video of me right after I got them off.

  5. You look fantastic! May I ask, how far did they advance your chin in the genioplasty? I am stil deciding whether to get it although it's been recommended. I am also concerned about the nose changes after upper jaw impaction. They are projecting mine will need to come up 2 mm also. Did you notice any major changes with your nose?

  7. Hi June! Do you still check your blog? I was amazed at how great you look in your last post. Everything you went through seems to be well worth it. I have been wondering if I made the right choice lately, my ortho says another 10 months till surgery, and although my teeth are much straighter, I am having a hard time chewing, and I think, breathing, lately. I am exhausted all the time. The overbite is just getting worse, and I don't know how I can take another 10 mos of this and then all the discomfort of surgery. Did you feel this way?
